KHBUY After-sales Service

(These Ordinances are valid for KHBUY Chain Stores only)


1.     Processing Regulations

(1)   The transaction is completed by default if there is no any feedback to KHBUY after receipting goods within 3 days.

(2)    If the item that you have receipted is not as described, you should contact KHBUY Customer Service within 3 working days(from Mon. to Sat.), and KHBUY Customer Service will give you reasonable solutions within 2 working days(from Mon. to Sat.) once KHBUY have received  your feedback.

(3)  Return & Exchange time depends on logistics. Refund will be done in 2 working days(from Mon. to Sat.) once your request is accepted.

(4)  Return & Exchange requests will not be accepted if your application is submitted after specified time limit. Except for special cases.

 

2.     Goods Exchange

(1)    FromChina

KHBUY refuses to accept the exchange applications if the issues are caused by customers’ personal reasons.

② KHBUY accepts the exchange applications if the issues are caused by KHBUY Chain Stores unconditionally.

(2)    From Inventory

① KHBUY accepts the exchange applications if the issues are caused by customers personal reasons by charging the freight cost from customers, with details as follow:

KHBUY will handle the exchange applications once received the freight cost from customers. KHBUY has the right to refuse his/her applications if a customer do not pay for freight cost.

KHBUY accepts the exchange applications if the issues are caused by KHBUY Chain Stores unconditionally.

 

3.     Goods Return

(1)    From China

KHBUY refuses to accept the return applications if the issues are caused by customers themselves.

While return issues are caused by KHBUY Chain Stores,

I.   If customers are willing to accept problematic products, KHBUY will promise customers an appropriate discount and return the price difference in 2 working days(from Mon. to Sat.).

II.If customers refuse to accept problematic products, and products meet KHBUY return requirements, KHBUY will handle applications in 3 working days(from Mon. to Sat.) and give a full refund to customers in 2 working days(from Mon. to Sat.) after Service Sector has received and checked the products from customers.

(2)    From Inventory

KHBUY accepts the exchange applications if the issues are caused by customers themselves with taking out the freight cost from the fee paid. Freight cost details as follow:

KHBUY will handle the exchange applications once customers agreed to be taken out freight cost from fee paid. If a customer do not agree with it, KHBUY has the right to refuse his/her application.

While return applications are caused by KHBUY Chain Stores,

I.   If customers are willing to accept problematic products, KHBUY will promise customers an appropriate discount and return the price difference in 2 working days(from Mon. to Sat.).

II.If customers refuse to accept problematic products, and products meet KHBUY return requirements, KHBUY will handle applications in 3 working days(from Mon. to Sat.) and give a full refund to customers in 2 working days(from Mon. to Sat.) after Service Sector has received and checked the products from customers.

 

4.     Repair

   For the specific products which have maintenance services. If products come out some issues, like damage, out of work or any others during         maintenance period and you need repair, please contact KHBUY Customer Service ASAP, products checking and consultation with                     suppliers will be done by KHBUY in 2 days.

(1)    If issues are within the scope of maintenance:

  For basic matters, it will be repaired locally by KHBUY.

  If customer hope to send it back to China for repair, customer should be responsible for the cost of double-way transportation. Fee payable varies with products.

(2)  If issues are beyond the scope of maintenance:

  Customers shall bear full responsibility.

  If customer hope to send it back to China for repair, customer should be responsible for the cost of double-way transportation. Fee payable varies with products.

 

     Notes: The products which are over maintenance period are not within the scope of acceptance.

 

5.     Precautions

   In order to guarantee your return & exchange applications succeed, please pay attention to the following requirements. If the products do             not meet the demand, KHBUY will refuse your applications.

(1)   You should ensure that the products (include the package) are integrated, undamaged and unused, and will not affect reselling.

(2)    If there are free gifts with returning products, please deliver them back together with products.
